Regarding a claim by Sakinah Khanum, wife of Shaykh Muhammad ‘Ali from Sabzivar, against Afrasiyab Khan (Alexander), son of Comte de Monte Fort, over two white horses. She presents an affidavit and a settlement in which her daughter, Kawkab Khanum, has transferred ownership of the two horses to her along with their accessories and a carriage. Haji Riza Gari-chi (coachman) from Shiraz, son of Rustam Khan, had transferred the mentioned items to his wife, Kawkab Khanum, for her mahr of one hundred fifty tumans. Dividing property of Mirza Muhammad Khan Fakhim al-Saltanah among his daughters: Zaynab, Rubabah, and Asiyah, 1927
The document reads in part: "Dividing the property of the late Fakhim al-Saltanah: after giving his wives their mahrs and spending one third of his inheritance according to his will, and also after giving each wife a share of the inheritance (an eighth), the rest of the inheritance, including whatever remains of properties, gardens, buildings, furniture, pack animals, pasture, roadsters, and the rest were divided among Fakhim al-Saltanah's daughters, Zaynab Khanum, Rubabah Khanum, and Asiyah Khanum. Complaint by people of Saqqiz, 1915
Includes two petitions by the people of Saqqiz to the Majlis regarding the troubles caused by the new government, for instance housing the government riders in the peasants' houses and taking their household furnishings and never returning them, the evacuation of a residential place where about forty people, including women and children, lived, and sending agents to the peasant houses when the men are at work and the women are alone at home; along with a letter of inquiry from the Majlis to the Ministry of Interior regarding these claims.
